The Goblin Coordinator must be notified of the entry of a float no later than October 1st. Please email her at email@example.com. This is to ensure there is space for you in the parade line-up.
Float entries must be Halloween-themed; please nothing obscene or derogatory.
The view of the driver must not be obscured.
Each float must have a representative check in with parade staff upon arrival.
Floats should arrive at a specified hour on parade day. We will send you an email in advance so you know when to arrive!
Floats cannot be used as a means of advertising businesses or any for-profit organization unless you are a sponsor.
Non-profit organizations, social clubs etc are welcome to enter floats advertising their club etc, so long as you let the Goblin Coordinator know in advance.
