Frequently Asked Questions
Are dogs allowed?
Allowed? They’re encouraged! We even have a costume category for them: Hellhounds & Handlers. Dogs only need to come in costume if they are participating in the costume contest. We do require that all Hellhounds be on leashes throughout the duration of the event, for both their safety and the safety of the little monsters in attendance. No retractable leashes, please!
Are strollers/bikes/wagons allowed?
Strollers and little wagons are allowed, and we encourage you to decorate them for the season. Bikes are allowed, but cannot be ridden during the parade, for the safety of all involved. Not allowed are hoverboards, skateboards, rollerblades or any other wheeled transportation that is not used for little monsters, revered elders or the physically challenged. We encourage any transportation in the parade to be decorated to match the seasonal theme. Absolutely no motorized transportation is allowed unless it is registered as a float.
